Domestic Abuse Support Services for Adults, Children and Young People

Planning notice: a procurement the buyer plans (planned procurement or market engagement); the tender notice follows. Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking submissions from organisations with the necessary skills and experience to provide specialist domestic abuse support services. We are looking for organisations who can provide innovative and contemporary specialist domestic abuse services, which uses integrated approaches to deliver outcome focussed, safe and cost-effective support. The commission will support the council in its compliance with updated duties as cited in the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 including new duties in relation to safe accommodation. The provider will also need to evidence a developed relationship with a registered housing provider to provide safe move on accommodation and appropriate support. Hartlepool Borough Council will contract with one lead agency for the delivery of the services, but partnership bids are also welcome.
