Planning notice: a procurement the buyer plans (planned procurement or market engagement); the tender notice follows. Supply and installation of replacement bathrooms within occupied residential properties. The scope is expected to include property surveys, resident liaison, removal and disposal of existing bathroom suites, supply and installation of new sanitaryware and associated fixtures and fittings, wall finishes, flooring, plumbing, electrical alterations, ventilation works where required, and all associated making-good works. The programme will be delivered across MHA's housing stock, with quantities and contract arrangements to be confirmed following market engagement.
