This procurement is conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (Act of 17 June 2016 No. 73) and the Public Procurement Regulations (Regulation of 12 August 2016 No. 974). The procurement is carried out as an open tender procedure pursuant to Parts I and III of the Public Procurement Regulations. This procedure allows all interested suppliers the opportunity to submit a tender. Sub-contract 1 - Electric excavator on belts.: NGIR requires a new electric crawler excavator. The crawler excavator must have an operating weight of at least 29 tonnes. The procurement also includes repair services and options for a service agreement for the crawler excavator.
