Türkiye applies an anti-dumping duty to imports of “Polyester synthetic staple” (tariff code 55032000: Staple fibres of polyesters, not carded, combed or otherwise processed for spinning) from India, Thailand and Chinese Taipei (Communiqué 2026/1, Official Gazette of 30 January 2026). India: 4.25% to 12% of the value. Thailand: 6% to 12% of the value. Chinese Taipei: 3.2% to 12% of the value. These rates apply to imports from these countries.
