Metinde aksi belirtilmedikçe, tarifede " kurutulmuş " ürünlere yapılan atıf, suyu alınmış, buharlaştırılmış veya dondurulmak suretiyle kurutulmuş (liyofilize) ürünlere de yapılmış sayılır.
