1. 06.01 pozisyonunun ikinci kısmı saklı kalmak şartıyla, bu fasıl genellikle bahçıvanlar, fidan yetiştiricileri ve çiçekçiler tarafından sadece dikme veya süs amacıyla elde edilen canlı ağaçları ve diğer eşyayı (fideler dahil) kapsar; bununla beraber 7. fasılda yeralan patatesler, soğanlar, şalotlar, sarmısaklar veya diğer ürünler bu fasıla dahil değildir. 2. 06.03 veya 06.04 pozisyonlarında yeralan herhangi bir eşyaya yapılan atıf, tamamen veya kısmen bu eşyadan yapılmış buket, çiçek sepetleri, çelenkler ve benzeri maddelere de yapılmış sayılır diğer maddelerden yapılmış aksesuar dikkate alınmaz.
