Nem yoluyla (nişasta üretimi yöntemi dışında kalan bir usulle) mısırdan veya diğer bitkilerden elde edilen ürünler ile mısır nişastası imalinden kalan artıkların karışımları haricindeki mısır nişastacılığı artıkları sadece 2303.10.11 ve 2303.10.19 alt pozisyonlarında sınıflandırılacaktır. 2. 2306.90.05 alt pozisyonunda, sadece mısır embriyolarından (özünden) yağ çıkarılmasından arta kalan ve kuru madde üzerinden hesaplandığında ağırlık itibariyle belirtilen miktarlarda aşağıdaki unsurları içeren artıkları kapsar: (a) Yağ muhtevası %3'ten az olan ürünler: - nişasta muhtevası: %45'ten az; - protein muhtevası (nitrojen muhtevası x 6.25): %11.5'ten az olmayan; (b) Yağ muhtevası %3'ten az ve %8'den fazla olmayan ürünler: - nişasta muhtevası: %45'ten az; - protein muhtevası (nitrojen muhtevası x 6.25): %13'ten az olmayan. Bundan başka, bu tür artıklar mısır tanelerinden elde edilmeyen unsurları kapsamaz. Yağ çıkarılması işlemine tabi olmayan ve yağ çıkartma işleminden sonra ilave edilmiş olan mısır tanelerinin parçalarından elde edilen bileşikleri içeren ürünler hariç tutulur. 3. 2307.00.11, 2307.00.19, 2308.00.11 ve 2308.00.19 alt pozisyonlarının uygulanmasında; - " Fiili kütlesel alkol derecesi " tabirinden, ürünün 100 kg.ında bulunan saf alkolün kg. sayısı; - " Potansiyel kütlesel alkol derecesi " tabirinden, ürünün 100 kg.ında bulunan şekerlerin toplam fermantasyonuyla üretilmesi muhtemel saf alkolün kg. sayısı; - " Toplam kütlesel alkol derecesi " tabirinden, kazanılmış kütlesel alkol derecesi ve potansiyel kütlesel alkol derecesinin toplamı; - " Ağırlık itibariyle % ", (% mas) tabirinden, kütlesel alkol derecesinin sembolü anlaşılır. 4. 2309.10.11 ila 2309.10.70 ve 2309.90.31 ila 2309.90.70 alt pozisyonlarının uygulanmasında, "süt ürünleri" tabiri 04.01, 04.02, 04.04, 04.05 ve 04.06 pozisyonları ile 0403.20.11 ila 0403.20.39, 0403.90.11 ila 0403.90.69, 1702.11.00,1702.19.00 ve 2106.90.51 alt pozisyonlarında yeralan ürünler anlamına gelmektedir. 5. - Ağırlık itibariyle % 15'i geçmeyen bir oranda ıslak usulde kullanılan mısır kalbur üstü artıklarını ve/veya - Suda iyice ıslatılmış mısır artıklarını (alkol veya nişastadan elde edilen diğer ürünlerin suda iyice ıslatılmış artıkları dahil) ihtiva eden, nem yoluyla (nişasta üretimi yöntemi dışında) mısırdan veya diğer bitkilerden elde edilen ürünler ile mısır nişastası imalinden arta kalan artıkların karışımları dışındaki mısır nişastacılığı artıkları sadece 2309.90.20 alt pozisyonunda yer alır. Bu ürünler aynı zamanda yaş halde öğütme işlemi ile elde edilen mısır embriyolarından yağ çıkarılmasından arta kalan artıkları da kapsar.
