Nem yoluyla (nişasta üretimi yöntemi dışında kalan bir usulle) mısırdan veya diğer bitkilerden elde edilen ürünler ile mısır nişastası imalinden kalan artıkların karışımları haricindeki mısır nişastacılığı artıkları sadece 2303.10.11 ve 2303.10.19 alt pozisyonlarında sınıflandırılacaktır. 2. 2306.90.05 alt pozisyonunda, sadece mısır embriyolarından (özünden) yağ çıkarılmasından arta kalan ve kuru madde üzerinden hesaplandığında ağırlık itibariyle belirtilen miktarlarda aşağıdaki unsurları içeren artıkları kapsar: (a) Yağ muhtevası %3'ten az olan ürünler: - nişasta muhtevası: %45'ten az; - protein muhtevası (nitrojen muhtevası x 6.25): %11.5'ten az olmayan; (b) Yağ muhtevası %3'ten az ve %8'den fazla olmayan ürünler: - nişasta muhtevası: %45'ten az; - protein muhtevası (nitrojen muhtevası x 6.25): %13'ten az olmayan. Bundan başka, bu tür artıklar mısır tanelerinden elde edilmeyen unsurları kapsamaz. Bu ürünler aynı zamanda yaş halde öğütme işlemi ile elde edilen mısır embriyolarından yağ çıkarılmasından arta kalan artıkları da kapsar.
