Realizace proběhne v objektu muzea v Kašperských Horách na Náměstí č.p. 140. Expozice se bude nacházet ve třech podlažích objektu. V přízemí a prvním patře se realizuje expozice historicko-etnografická, zaměřená na historii a život na Šumavě. Ve druhé patře vznikne expozice věnovaná přírodě Šumavy.
