Malta – Geological and geophysical instruments – Quotation for the Supply and Delivery of a handheld SLAM LiDAR with an integrated RTK GNSS receiver for the MATWINS project for the University of Malta The MATWINS – Malta TwinSpaces: Digital Twins for Cultural and Environmental Education project aims to develop high-fidelity, interactive digital twins of key cultural, built and natural environments in Malta, to support education, research, management and public engagement. To achieve this, the project requires a mobile LiDAR SLAM (Simultaneous Localisation and Mapping) system capable of rapid, accurate 3D data acquisition in complex indoor and outdoor environments. The system will complement existing photogrammetric and surveying workflows and will be used to capture detailed 3D geometry and colour information for the creation and continuous updating of digital twins.—cpv:38200000, nace:26, nace:26.5, nace:26.51, cpv:38000000
