KAHVE, ÇAY, PARAGUAY ÇAYI VE BAHARAT
1. 09.04 ila 09.10 pozisyonlarına giren ürünlerin birbirleriyle olan karışımları aşağıdaki şekilde sınıflandırılır: (a) Aynı pozisyonda yer alan iki veya daha fazla ürün karışımları o pozisyonda sınıflandırılır. (b) Farklı pozisyonlarda yer alan iki veya daha fazla ürün karışımları 09.10 pozisyonunda sınıflandırılır. 09.04 ila 09.10 pozisyonlarındaki ürünlere [veya yukarıdaki (a) veya (b) bentlerinde belirtilen karışımlara] başka maddelerin katılmış olması, bunların esas özelliklerini değiştirmedikçe, sınıflandırılmalarını etkilemez. Aksi halde, bu karışımlar bu fasılda sınıflandırılmaz; bunların lezzet veya çeşni verici yapıdaki karışımları 21.03 pozisyonunda sınıflandırılır. 2.
