1. Bu bölümde " pellet " tabirinden, doğrudan doğruya sıkıştırma suretiyle veya ağırlığının % 3' ünü geçmeyecek oranda bir bağlayıcı ilavesiyle küçük topaklar halinde bir araya getirilen ürünler anlaşılır.

KAKAO VE KAKAO MÜSTAHZARLARI

1. Bu fasıla; (a) Ağırlık itibariyle % 20'den fazla sosis, et, sakatat, kan, böcek, balık veya kabuklu hayvanlar, yumuşakçalar veya diğer su omurgasızları veya bunların herhangi bir bileşimini içeren gıda müstahzarları (Fasıl 16); (b) 04.03, 19.01, 19.02, 19.04, 19.05, 21.05, 22.02, 22.08, 30.03 ve 30.04 pozisyonlarında yer alan müstahzarlar dahil değildir. 2. İçinde kakao bulunan şeker mamulleri ve bu fasılın (1) no'lu notundaki hükmü saklı kalmak şartıyla, kakao içeren diğer gıda müstahzarları 18.06 pozisyonunda yeralır.

KAKAO VE KAKAO MÜSTAHZARLARI

1. 1806.90.11 ve 1806.90.19 alt pozisyonları sadece tek bir çikolata çeşidinden yapılmış ürünleri kapsamaz.
