Products: The Technical Regulation (based on a Guideline document) and a Conformity Scheme are planned to be enforced in June 2025 covers certain types of Food and beverage products. The mandatory requirements will be enforced on the following food and beverages products: packaged and non-packaged Breads and Pastries, Beverages including dairy products, fats and oils and fat emulsions and food targeting children. Exclusions include fresh fruits and vegetables, and products with minimal nutritional content such as spices.
