How do I apply?

The steps for a TED notice, from its official pages:

1. Open the notice on TED and read its Summary; under “Languages and formats”, download the signed PDF in the official language or a translation. Source: ted.europa.eu(opens in a new tab)
2. Read the whole notice and follow it: a competition notice tells tenderers what the procedure is and how it will be carried out. Source: ted.europa.eu(opens in a new tab)
3. Check the “Procedure overview” tab for change notices: a change notice carries the buyer's corrections and is the latest version. Source: ted.europa.eu(opens in a new tab)
4. Sign in to TED and create an alert on the notice to get an email whenever a related notice is published. Source: ted.europa.eu(opens in a new tab)
5. Submit your offer before the deadline: 10 November 2026.
6. When taking part directly is not certain, applying with a partner in the buyer's country helps.

The European Commission's guidance helps EU buyers tell which non-EU bidders have secured access to EU tenders; Türkiye is not among the 22 GPA parties the Commission lists.
