De opdracht wordt opgedeeld in percelen, waarbij elke remote locatie waarvoor een netwerkverbinding moet worden gerealiseerd een afzonderlijk perceel vormt. De overeenkomsten zullen worden afgesloten voor een initiële looptijd van 5 jaar, die start bij de oplevering van de gerealiseerde netwerkverbinding. skeyes kan elke overeenkomst jaarlijks opzeggen, mits naleving van een opzegperiode van 3 maanden. Daarnaast kan skeyes elke overeenkomst 3 keer stilzwijgend verlengen onder dezelfde voorwaarden, telkens voor een bijkomende periode van 1 jaar. Bijgevolg bedraagt de maximale indicatieve tijdshorizon van elke overeenkomst 8 jaar.	—
