Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie i dostawa elementów stoiska informacyjno-prezentacyjnego dotyczącego turystyki (w tym rowerowej) w Małopolsce. Stoisko powinno stanowić spójną, estetyczną i funkcjonalną przestrzeń umożliwiającą prezentację walorów oraz potencjału turystyki w tym turystyki rowerowej regionu. 2. Zamówienie będzie udzielone w 2 częściach. 3. Zamówienie w ramach części 1 obejmuje wykonanie i dostawę elementów stoiska informacyjno-prezentacyjnego typu: balon reklamowy, roll-up, namiot pająk, fotel pufa, pokrowiec na barierki, flaga typu winder, ścianka tekstylna, kaseton reklamowy, brama pneumatyczna, zestaw skrzyń transportowych, sandwich reklamowy oraz kostka reklamowa. Zamówienie w ramach części 2 obejmuje wykonanie i dostawę elementów stoiska informacyjno-prezentacyjnego typu: totem multimedialny zewnętrzny jednostronny, totem multimedialny wewnętrzny dwustronny oraz zestaw ekranów LED. 4. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia (SOPZ) dla części 1 jest zawarty w załączniku nr 1D.1 do swz, a dla części 2 w załączniku nr 1D.2 do swz i będzie on wprowadzony jako załącznik nr 1 do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego dla danej części. 5. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego – wzorze umowy i stanowią załącznik nr 1C do swz (zwane są dalej wzorem umowy). 6. Zamawiający dla każdej części zamówienia przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z prawa opcji, o którym mowa w art. 441 ustawy, polegającego na zwiększeniu zakresu przedmiotu niniejszej umowy poprzez zlecenie Wykonawcy wykonania i dostawy dodatkowych elementów stoiska informacyjno-prezentacyjnego, o których mowa w SOPZ dla danej części (tj. dla części 1 w załączniku nr 1D.1 do swz, a dla części 2 w załączniku nr 1D.2 do swz). 7.
