2. Bid to the borrower, not to the World Bank: the borrower's agency seeks and evaluates the bids, then awards and manages the contract. Source: thedocs.worldbank.org(opens in a new tab)
3. Firms from all countries may bid; exceptions are a ban on your country by the borrower's law or a UN Security Council decision, and firms the Bank sanctioned. Source: thedocs.worldbank.org(opens in a new tab)

6. Submit your offer before the deadline: 10 November 2026.

Your rights come from the borrower's Request for Bids and the contract you sign with the borrower, not from the World Bank's Procurement Regulations.
