How do I apply?

The steps for a EKAP notice, from its official pages:

1. Find the direct procurement on EKAP's “Doğrudan Teminler” page (ekapv2.kik.gov.tr) and open its card; no login is needed to read it or download the notice. Source: dosyalar.kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
2. Read the notice: it gives where and when offers are made, the last offer date, the administration's contacts, and labels like “e-Fiyat Teklifi Alınacak”. Source: dosyalar.kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
3. An e-price offer (e-Fiyat Teklifi) is sent on EKAP; a physical offer (Fiziki Teklif) is given directly to the administration. Source: dosyalar.kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
4. To offer on EKAP, register and log in; under KİK's new direct procurement application you can register with e-onay, without an e-signature. Source: kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
5. In “e-Fiyat Tekliflerim” press “Teklif Ver”, enter the DTN and your unit prices (and origin, for goods), then press “Teklif Gönder” before the deadline. Source: dosyalar.kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
6. Requested documents are not sent with the price: after the deadline the administration asks for them on EKAP, and you send them there. Source: dosyalar.kik.gov.tr(opens in a new tab)
7. Submit your offer before the deadline: 4 November 2026.

These steps follow KİK's new direct procurement application, piloted from 17 July 2026 with listed administrations; purchases by other administrations continue under the current application.
