KONTUR S.R.L., în baza Documentației de Avizare a Lucrărilor de Intervenție (DALI) aprobate prin H.C.L. Gheorgheni nr. 126/2021. Sistemul de bike-sharing va cuprinde: • 100 de biciclete electrice, cu acționare asistată electric, compatibile cu posturile de andocare și cu sistemul automatizat de închiriere; • 8 stații de andocare, cu o capacitate totală de 128 de posturi/stâlpi de andocare, distribuite între cele 8 stații; • 8 terminale principale inteligente (câte unul pentru fiecare stație), capabile să controleze simultan minimum 30 de posturi de andocare, pentru a permite extinderea ulterioară a stației; • elementele/platformele de legătură aferente stațiilor de andocare, necesare instalării și configurării fiecărei stații; • sistem informatic central (platformă software) pentru managementul flotei, al stațiilor, al clienților și al operațiunilor, inclusiv activitățile de mentenanță, service și reechilibrare a bicicletelor între stații; • aplicație mobilă pentru utilizatorii sistemului; • portal web pentru informarea publicului și gestionarea conturilor de utilizator; • soluțiile de comunicații și integrare necesare funcționării unitare a sistemului (terminale – posturi de andocare – biciclete – sistem central), inclusiv posibilitatea de integrare cu alte sisteme prin interfețe/API; • 6 panouri digitale de informare/totem de numerotarea traficului velo, conform fișei tehnice aferente, prevăzute pentru afișarea de conținut digital, imagini, materiale video, informații web, widget-uri și alte informații destinate utilizatorilor, cu posibilitatea administrării de la distanță prin sistem CMS | — |
