How do I apply?

The steps for a Prozorro notice, from its official pages:

2. Find the tender on prozorro.gov.ua or on the marketplace where you registered. Source: infobox.prozorro.org(opens in a new tab)
3. Read the tender documentation on your marketplace: Prozorro's tender documents and procedures run through the authorised marketplaces. Source: infobox.prozorro.org(opens in a new tab)
4. A 2018 ministry letter says foreign bidders may show they meet the requirements with documents under the law of their country of registration. Source: infobox.prozorro.org(opens in a new tab)
5. Sign with the e-signature the documentation asks for: a bid signed with an advanced signature (УЕП) where a qualified one (КЕП) is required can be rejected. Source: infobox.prozorro.org(opens in a new tab)

7. Submit your offer before the deadline: 20 November 2026.

Bids are signed electronically, and a 2020 Ukrainian ministry letter said Ukraine then recognised no foreign e-signature provider, though non-residents could obtain Ukrainian trust services.
