Przedmiotem zamówienia jest „Zakup wyposażenia do selektywnego zbierania odpadów w miejscu ich powstawania” dla Miejskiego Zakładu Komunalnego Sp. z o.o. w Leżajsku. Zamówienie zostało podzielone na cztery części: Część zamówienia nr 1 - Wiaty modułowe, Część zamówienia nr 2 - Altany śmietnikowe, Część zamówienia nr 3 - Kosze uliczne, Część zamówienia nr 4 - Kosze kontenerowe prasujące odpady. Każdy Wykonawca może złożyć tylko jedną ofertę na całe postępowanie, oznacza to, że w jednym formularzu ofertowym (lub składając jeden pakiet dokumentów) wykonawca wskazuje części, na które składa ofertę. Część zamówienia nr 1 - Wiaty modułowe: Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie wolnostojącej wiaty składającej się z 8 szt. prefabrykowanych modułów (tzw. „wiata inteligenta”) w których będą umieszczone kontenery/pojemniki na odpady do selektywnej zbiórki odpadów u źródła z dostępem dla strefy przechowywania odpadów wyłącznie przez uprawnionych mieszkańcom. Wymiary pojedynczego metalowego modułu wynoszą około 1,8 x 1,4 x 1,7 m (szerokość x głębokość x wysokość bez masztów). Mając na uwadze, że u poszczególnych Producentów/Dostawców wymiary mogą się od siebie różnić to przyjmuje się zakres tolerancji rozbieżności wymiarów ±20%. Pojedynczy moduł ma być zespołem połączonych ze sobą obudów pojemników (łącznie 8 szt. modułów) stojących w swoim bezpośrednim sąsiedztwie. Cały proces wyrzucania odpadów ma być monitorowany i opomiarowany. Każdy odpad wytworzony w gospodarstwie domowym i gromadzony w zbiorczych pojemnikach na osiedlu lub w wyznaczonym miejscu na terenie gminy, ma być opomiarowany. Opomiarowanie polegać ma na przypisaniu do indywidualnego konta rozliczeniowego stworzonego dla każdego objętego system gospodarstwa domowego informacji typu nazwa, rodzaj frakcji, masa, dane identyfikujące datę i godzinę autoryzacji użytkownika. Identyfikacja użytkownika następować powinna poprzez naklejkę z kodem QR, muszą być przypisane do danej frakcji i daneg | — |
